Free track day @ TGPR
On September 10th we drew the winner of the free track day at TGPR. The winner is Anne Mancer. She is so excited to win. This is Anne’s first drivers ed and we are excited that she is going to come out and have fun with the local PCA club. This free track day was sponsored by Eurasian Auto Service and Alabama region PCA. A special thanks to Tom Fleming for his help.
The idea behind this is we were looking to help grow the local club and increase member involvement. We had a lot of fun doing this and will do it again. To participate in the next one all you need to do is come by and get any service between the specified dates and you could win.

Hi, everyone! This is Anne. I had an incredible day at the Talladega Gran Prix Raceway. Bill and Casey shared their vast knowledge about how to make my vehicle perform at its best under unexpected circumstances. Tom Fleming was great at making this newbie feel welcome. My instructor was patient and flexible; thus enabling me to go from a horrid first round to a series of passes right on the line at accelerated speeds. I can’t wait until Barber’s Motorsports Park in March! Now to determine a number for my car… Thanks!

Thanks, Casey for all of your support for the PCA AL Region. Many of us benefit because you are an acitve member. Our DE at TGPR was better because of your contest. Everyone enjoyed having Anne with us. We hope to see her again in March at Barber.
